Every organization should reflect the community it serves, and this primary care office does exactly that. We have excellent, board-certified medical doctors from diverse backgrounds; and we provide a broad range of health services that will meet the community’s needs. These include checkups, screenings and immunizations, and care of older adults and chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma. The Medical Group also works closely with the community, and offers convenient hours and access to the resources of St. Luke’s Hospital.
We invite you to take advantage of this important new primary care resource located in the heart of Harlem.
